Reconnect with the wisdom your body holds.

I provide body-centred psychology and professional mentoring.

A safe, unhurried space for my clients and practitioners to do deep work and meet the whole of who they are.

My Approach

My work begins with a simple belief: the body carries a wisdom all its own, and learning to listen to it can change everything.

For more than three decades, across nursing, psychology, education and a good deal of my own lived experience, I have helped people hear what their bodies have been quietly, or sometimes loudly, trying to say. I offer a warm, unhurried and non-judgemental space where you can grow curious about your patterns instead of fighting them, and slowly meet the self that has been there all along. Whether you come as a client seeking change or a practitioner deepening your craft, I will meet you exactly where you are.

Why Choose Me?

You are looking for depth. I work gently beneath the surface, with the patterns held in your body and nervous system, so that change can settle in and genuinely last.

You value lived experience alongside professional training. I bring more than thirty years of clinical and teaching experience together with my own honest journey through anxiety, healing and growth.

You want to feel safe enough to be honest. Nothing you bring will be judged. I hold a calm, respectful space where even the tender and unspoken parts are welcome.

You are ready to be met where you are. There is no rush here. We move at your pace, following what your body and your story are ready to show.

You are a practitioner who wants to go deeper too. Alongside my client work, I mentor and supervise psychologists, counsellors and coaches who want to integrate body-focused approaches and build a sustainable practice free of bournout.

Online or Face to Face Appointments

Working together can happen however suits you best. I see clients and practitioners online, and I also offer face to face appointments for those who prefer a neutral safe space. Wherever you are, the work is just as present, and just as personal.
